Session Structure:
15 minute- Dynamic warm up
45 Minutes- Stretching and Weights
30 Minute- Speed, Agility, Plyometrics
Finish with conditioning and core work
Specific sports based training for excellence
Groups limited to 12 to allow for individual focus
